Q: Is participation in the F-ROC program required?
A: Participation is not required. However, you must complete the Disaster Readiness Assessment (DRA) to remain in the program.

Q: What categories of work does the F-ROC program cover?
A: Category A (Debris Removal) and Category B (Emergency Protective Measures)

** Coming Soon – Category F (Public Utilities) and other permanent work categories.

Q: Who should complete the eLearning and sign the Participation Request Form?
A: The highest-ranking official in your organization must complete and sign the Participation Request and Renewal Form and take the required eLearning. Both actions can be delegated to another person. A signed delegation memo is required.
